Nicky Howarth joined Harbour Family Law as a Director and head of the Clifton office in January 2020. Nicky has practised at a number of major law firms in Bristol since qualification in 2002 and has over 18 years of experience in all areas of family law.

Nicky specialises in complex high net worth cases involving businesses, farms, trusts, pensions and jurisdictional issues. She also deals with Schedule One applications and private law children cases.

Nicky is current Chair of Bristol Resolution and a former member of National Resolutions committee for Pension, tax and financial remedies. She is a Resolution accredited specialist in pensions and advanced financial provision. Nicky is also a member of Resolution.
